What began as Des Plaines Pro Life in 1983 has grown into The Women’s Centers of Greater Chicagoland, serving women and families throughout the Chicago area with compassionate care. Since opening our first counseling office in 1984, we have expanded to three counseling offices, two material goods resource centers, and a Mobile Ultrasound unit that brings vital pregnancy services to communities with limited access.

Today, thousands of women turn to our centers each year for trusted medical services, essential resources, and a safe place to talk through what they are experiencing. For more than 40 years, we have remained committed to walking alongside women with accurate information, encouragement, and hope as they navigate one of life’s most important decisions.

Your support provides pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, options counseling, community referrals, and Mobile Ultrasound outreach that brings care to women and families where access is limited.
